Data Deletion

How to remove your data from Chirply — including anything we accessed through Facebook or Instagram.

Deleting Facebook & Instagram data

When you connect a Facebook or Instagram account, Chirply stores an access token plus records of the Pages, ad accounts, and lead forms you granted. To remove all of it:

  1. From Chirply— go to Settings → Integrations, find Facebook & Instagram, and choose Disconnect. This uninstalls Chirply from each of your Pages, revokes our access with Meta, and deletes the stored tokens and Page records immediately.
  2. From Facebook— go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, select Chirply, and remove it. Meta then notifies us and we delete the same data automatically.

Either route results in the same deletion. Contacts and conversations that were already imported into your CRM remain yours — they are your business records, not Meta’s, and are removed when you delete them or close your account.

Deleting your whole Chirply account

Email privacy@chirply.io from the address on the account, or ask in-app. We confirm the request, then delete or anonymize your workspace and its contents within 90 days, keeping only what we must for legal, tax, or accounting obligations. Export anything you want to keep first.

If you’re not a Chirply customer

If a business contacted you using Chirply and you want your details removed, ask that business directly — they control their own records. If you can’t reach them, email privacy@chirply.io with the message you received and we will route the request to them and follow up.
